Ivana Daniell, a movement specialist and a musculo-skeletal rejuvenation therapist talks to Dr.Vijay Murthy on how to become aware of our body’s innate intelligence and to get fit when working on the computer. She talks about the dangers of wrong use of gym work outs and emphasises that movement in every day activities when performed with awareness can change one’s posture, fitness and health without working out five times a week at the gym.
