In this interview, Melissa Doman, pediatric sleep consultant, talks about the importance of sleep in a child’s brain-growth and development as well as overall wellbeing and the building of immunity. She explains how babies ‘learn in their sleep’ by giving the brain the opportunity to reset itself and highlights the role of daily routine in helping babies to develop healthy sleep patterns.
