Coconut is a probiotic capable of enhancing the growth of beneficial bacteria in the gut and not the pathogens. It has enhances the growth of L.acidophilus.
Coconut contains Medium Chain Fatty acids (MFA), which do not increase bad cholesterol. Auric acid in coconut supports heart health and Lauric acid increases good cholesterol.
Ginger is an anti-inflammatory and may help in increasing iron absorption.
Ghee contains Omega3s and Omega9s. Ghee is a rich source of Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA), which is an antioxidant.
